We're a multi-generational farm started by Eli Openshaw, who, earlier in life, was involved in farming down in Arizona. Later on in life, Eli went on to become a medical Doctor. Doctor Eli Openshaw later returned to Santaquin, Utah, where he opened a medical office just before the Great Depression. Eli originally bought and planted the first orchard block as a way for individuals to work and receive medical care during the Great Depression. Later on, Fred the First bought the farm from his father Eli and expanded the farm as well. Fred the First loved interacting with customers and providing them with information on how all the fruit was grown. He is personified in our company logo. Throughout the years, the farm has been passed down from Fred first to his son Fred HC (Fred the second), who expanded the farm as well. Later, Fred HC's son Fred C (Fred the third) continued to work and run the farm with his Dad. As the years went on, Fred C's son Fred A (Fred the fourth) also worked on the farm and later helped run the farm with Fred HC and Fred C. Currently, our family farm is run by Fred C and Fred A. We currently have 25 acres of fruit orchards. Our Goal as a farm is "Honor the past generations and continue to provide quality produce in the future". Our values as a farm are to continue to grow farming so that future generations can continue to enjoy being a part of our agricultural heritage.
