Yellow Peach Varieties
These are all the yellow fleshed peaches that we produce on our farm.
Diamond Princess
Diamond Princess is a favorite variety here on our farm. The fruit is uniformly large and globe-shaped, and when ripe, it has a full red color at harvest. This peach has a very firm texture, delicious flavor, and a good balance of acid and sugar. This peach is also a freestone variety that comes off the pit easily and is good to eat fresh or can.
Zee Lady
Zee Lady is a very large, round, attractive red-skinned peach. If you are looking for a great eating peach that is sweet but less acidic, this variety is one that you need to try. It is also a freestone variety, so it'll separate from the pit with ease.
PF 8 Ball
One of our earliest peach varieties ripens earliest in the season. It is a large, firm peach with an extremely great flavor. This peach variety has a great flavor and can be stored well in the refrigerator.
Garnets
Garnets are a relative of the Redhaven peaches. The peach is extremely beautiful it's large with a nice red blush to it. Garnets are very delicious and a nice early peach to start the Utah peach season each year. This peach variety is a semi-freestone so it doesn't come clean from the pit as easily. Still, this peach is great to eat fresh and enjoyed in baked goods such as cobblers, or pies.
